Soft boots npc for TFS 0.3 (Alpha 4)?

Nothing works with the new TFS this really sucks for people who dont understand lua. i tried 3 different soft boots npc but they wont work. it should be a simple script. npc removes the used soft boots and give new one for 10k i tried to make my own but failed can someone help?
