Is it possible to change stats onEquip ? to add health and mana etc.

(want it to your max health)

eg. you got 100hp as full hp when you equip demon helmet etc your max hp will be 200hp. Demon helmet add you 100health.

The value is the % van someones hp, so now it it's 200%.
