Some advice on server numbers vs specs (I actually have a server)

Pretty much i have a tibia OT, i run a server, has around 20 people on at any given time. Im just curious as to what numbers i would near max out at. Specs are as follow

My server uses TFS 0.4 and uses a RL MAP

3gb ram
3x 2.0 ghz cpu
30gb SSD
1000gb monthly bandwidth
windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)

60mb down 15mb up

Depends on also your upload latency, but should be good at about 300 depending on how much content you have and the way your server is setup
