Somebody bug abuses on my server! Rly need help! This is not normal bug abuser -.-

Somebody do like this bugs on my server! Its not my gm! Yesterday on night he who does this deleted brigde to thais boat... This started 2days ago! I have tested all runes and nobody of them doesnt do this :S In first pic that black box is maded on paint.
