Windows Someone is nuking me ! How do i stop?

Hello, i was recently playing a cool tibia server, and i was leveling up and out of nowhere this guy comes and says " get out of my hunt or die " i was lvl higher than him so i told him no, 1 min later everything started lagging in my house, my brother was playing COD Advance Warfare, and he went offline for like 30 mins ! so did i, i went back to the game and i was dead, he told me " got ur skype noob ", i was like , how is he doing this? and how can i prevent him from booting me offline? im scared to go out of pz now !

Go into your advanced settings in Skype, click on connections I believe it's called? Change your port to any combination of 5 Numbers 33333-54565, and check the box that only allows connection to your friends. Lastly change your IP address and he will no longer be able to pull your ip from skype
