Something aint working right.. With my server website

Hey OTland i have been trying to make it so other people can connect to my server website at the moment i am the only one who can access it , Iv had a number of people try and help me out with this the port 80 is forwarded but for reason no one can figure out why no one else can connect to it i am using boot camp on my Mac OS X version 10.5.8 not sure if that helps to understand why it may not be working , if anyone knows how to help with this please reply ASAP.

All the ports are forwarded people can login to my server but for reason cannot connect to the website.
