Compiling source 0.4 cannot find -leavy32, id returned 1exit status

Hello guys, i tried to compile source 0.4 with DevC++ and i got this error:

  cannot find -leay32
  ld returned 1 exit status
  *** [TheForgottenServer.exe] Error 1

How should I solve this?
