I'm searching for someone who knows how to remake a r3777 0.4tfs server to a custom client server where I'm able to create my own sprites, my own weapons, effects, outfits, client etc.

I also want the one who is selling the service to learn me how to add sprites, new items etc.
I have no experience in how much work there is so I cant offer an exact price until you tell me in your comment below?
