Compiling sources

Welcome. Could someone give me a current source to the complications?
Because I have a problem with her. when I start uploading libraries error pops up

E: Package 'libboost1.38-dev' has no installation candidate

writes that I have not yet current source. But I have the latest from the http://www.debian.pl/threads/1408-Repozytoria-Debiana-wpisy-w-pliku-etc-apt-sources-list
Would help anyone?

Well after entering this command crashes the error

E: Package 'libboost1.38-dev' has no installation candidate

you need to check which lib version it is..
I've forgotten which one was last but I think it was at 49 or something.
check your other libs which version they're from
