Spawn time

On my OT all monsters spawn in 2min but I set it for 60sec in map editor :/
I tried to use custom value of spawn rate (config.lua) but nothing is changed.
Maybe someone know how to fix it?

in spawn.xml set spawntime to "30" and monster will respawn after 1 min.
