Spawns in rookgaard..

Hi!
I have a problem. I have a little "rookgaard" type of island were u start in my server, after u choose ur vocation etc u get tped to ur city of choice.
The problem is, whenever u die in the mainland, u spawn back in rookgaard... Does anyone know how to solve this?

Set a new "citizenship" to the player when he advances from rook?
