Spears on ground after attack like on <8.10

Hi,
I have TFS for 8.11 and I want to spears after attack will stay on the ground - not move back to hand :/ It should be like on 7.6...
I know I must change something here

but don't know what is value for that ...

wth, it have to be upcase probably but forum edits it...
