I mean, for example: "!", "@", "#", "¨", etc.

There is a reason those special characters are not allowed in names, mainly security reasons.

I mean, I have no ideia how would it be a security problem. Hehehe!

You can technically allow these, but like Codex said, these are disabled for security reasons.
