special crash account manager server

hiii, i've been having problems with competition, they are crashing my server with account manager, but this is not the regular way to crash one, the regular is logging in many account managers one after another, (wich i have a prevent crash system that works on that) but this is different, they log in and log out, really fast, and i have no idea how to prevent that :S plzzz guys help me

it's 8.6, i believe is a custom program based on a mage bomb, because like i said is conect, disconect, conect, disconect very fast :/ not like magebomb that is one after another :S

Try using a max connections per IP?

but anyway it wonk work, because the bastard will always be conected with one char only :/ (acc manager)

Bump, i ideate a solution, is there a way to keep logged the acc manager for 5 seconds minimun? before be able to logout?
