Hm.. I dont really no much about computer specs and was wondering if these are good enough to host a server...

System - Xp Professional
Pentium 4 CPU 2.4 GHz
1 GB of Ram

That is some low internet speed You'll be able to handle about 20 people. I don't think it's a good idea to think about hosting with that low internet connection.

Your Computer wasnt that impressive either. For your own sake. Do not host Having your computer on 24/7 with this bad CPU and 1 GB RAM will probably damage your Graphic card because it will make alot of heat. I'm sure you have an old PC So the Fans/Coolers arent good either. Bad bad bad idea

Your PC could handle more players if you had better upload and if you're using a small map. Still, an upgrade is highly recommended.
