Lua Spell bug(s)

I get looads of those, and its not only that spell, its 80% of the spells in server. When that error occurs, the whole server lags. I raised the exhaust rate but it didn't help :/ Any solution to this?

yeah it works now rep+ to u and cykotitan.. :p but i got like 20 more spells that bug this way.. cud u tell me how to fix the bug?
