setCombatFormula(combat, COMBAT_FORMULA_LEVELMAGIC, -3, 0, -3, 0)

How does that work? which is: , -3, 0, -3, 0

LVL has a formula here? Because I wanted it to be based only on ML

Hit = ML * 10

ML 1: HIT = 10
ML 10: HIT = 100
ML 100: HIT = 1000

min damage = (level + mlev * 4) * a - b
max damage = (level + mlev * 4) * c - d

You can use setCombatCallback(combat, CALLBACK_PARAM_LEVELMAGICVALUE, "onGetFormulaValues") to make own formula, example:
