Windows Spell Error/Bug

If a Player use a Spell wayne what spell the Server Has an laggg for ever i all player will be kick and i cant shutdown i need close whit taskmanager
what to do please help fast

CTRL+ALT+SUPR
Processes / search theforgottenserver or name you exe
Establish priority / in Low or real time

give lags monsters? why problem made is in pc.. not works graphic card..
or only laged in use any spell ?

i have not take the spells from rar pack again and the donator spells to now all works fine ....
