Spell for elemental resistance and delay in spells

Hi guys. Im working in a 10.98 tibia server and I haven't find a way to create a spell that can give a % of resistance to an element, just like the items, for a certain time. And I also would like to know how to make spells that create a combat area every certain time or with some delay.

TFS version? Check this one works for TFS 1.2 and I think it should work for 1.3 too.
