SPELL Request: When use spell, take par% of mana.

Hello, I have a question for you otlander's. Well i made spells and i want to know how to make it so it takes a percentage of your mana. if you know, please post here. i'd be happy to bump your rep+++

PS: Also, how do you make the spell triple hit?
