Lua Spell request

So the idea is to make a spell kind of familiar to sharpshooter. When you cast the spell you get paralyzed, get exhaust only for attack spells and become 50% stronger against all types of damages for 10 seconds. The spell has exhaust for itself for 30 seconds, i mean u can only cast it after 30 sec when used.
If anyone could make this script i would be very glad, rep for sure!
