Spell scroll for all the spells.

I need a NPC that you buy the spells from him, but you actually buy the spell scroll, you use it and you gain the spell. I was thinking making a way of using the scroll 6119 ID, and putting custom action id and description for it, depending on which spell you buy, and the action id will determine which spell you gain when using it. I plan to use it on my server: http://otland.net/f251/wip-rookgaard-adventures-196409/

Problem is I dont know how to do this custom action ID.
Anyone can help?
