Spell To Add Skills

i need a spell to add skills to a player like a exori but instead of dealing damage giving skills, please if it can be done i need it :S it will be for a training monk

alright, yea i see that. an idea would be to take like the spell challenge, edit that to where its player instead of creatures and change the challenge part to the adding skills. Something like that might work.
