The easiest way would be to use and item for the spells

You buy item from shop
Click item
learn spell
Item disapear

There ideas are your best bet, but...

if you really want to do it from site without an item, you would have to script into the website to give the player either a storage value and when they log in the learn the spell or to actually edit the database player spells which we would need to know all kinds of information regarding what aac you are using and what not
