Spells casted from outside

hello i have a problem editing a spell, i want that the spell look that was casted from outside (that look like if the spell come to inside) but when i dont know what i need to change for make this (cuz although i change the center always the missile effect keep been shooted from the player).

in this case, i want to make a spell where a lot of bolts come from outside to the center but i cant make that the missile effect (bolts) look shooted from outside, idk what i need to do what part of code i need change, if someone can tell me, show me, teach me what or how to make it i really will appreciate it.
