Lua Spells cooldowns in xml

hello, what does this 2 different cooldowns means in spells.xml ?

cooldown="30000" groupcooldown="2000"

can someone explain me it please ?

Each spell belongs to one of 4(?) groups: attack, healing, support and one more, forgot its name.

First cooldown is CD for spell itself. The other one is for entire group.
