Spells Exhausted

I try change spells exhausted and when i say the spell exhausted is 1 second <<<<< the same on all spells what the problem?

u need to know the exhaust first 1000 means 1 sec 2000 means 2 second and so on

Ye i know but when i put exhausted for 600 it and when i do the spells got 1 second of exhausted if i put 5000 the same when i say the spells 1 second exhausted
