TFS 0.X SPLASH POTION BUG

Hello.
I have problem with potions in OTX 2.12. I have turn on"splash" option.
When i use potion on the ground, my ground change to other ID. How I Can fix this???

Is it bug? I mean, ground is now covered with new item with its ID.

Ok i add post with code.
When i use potion on ground i dont have splash but new ground ID...
