Split the Advertisement section.

Due to the huge ammount of RL map based server it would be nice to see the advertisement section divided into two sections: RL Map Based and Everything else. Another section could be added, this one for server that have closed down.

Dont think this is needed tbh. When it says in the title if its rl-map or not its quite easy to find what you want,

Not everyone adds RL or RL MAP to the tile, not only this, but there are so many RL map severs that it becomes hard to find something that is not.
