Dear oldschool community.

Many of you have probobly already heard about or even played Tibia old times 7.1!
We had issues with DDOS attacks on our server and therefore the hosting company we used to have cancel the server for us.
We have now found a new hosting company that offers ddos protection and a great connection to a fair price.
We are currently looking for sponsors that would like to contribute with a donation for the monthly server cost.

Sponsors with the right mindset the will of improving the server will have a oportunity to recieve a GM position.

Minimum donation/sponsor amount = 20 euro

Which server do you intend to purchase? Have you tried Don Daniello ddos protected OT hosting?

We have plans to use Hosteam.
Their price are the same as Don Daniello and ready some negative posts about Don Daniello unfortunaly so.

Who complaints about DDG hosting service beside noobs that don't know the difference between bit and byte?

Looks like DDG is double as cheap as Hosteam?
900PLN(220 EUR) for a cheap server with "basic ddos" protection.
1263PLN(300 EUR) for a cheap server with premium ddos protection.

Don Daniello recently updated his system, now its 10 eur/GB ram with ddos protection.
So RL map 60 - 80EUR for a server with ddos protection. Sounds sweet if you ask me. :p

Its sweet if you are just after the server and not the support.. The amount of ppl who buy the servers for his "support" are the ones who complain, those who know how to use linux and use root access.
But saying that he will give full support and not doing it, is another thing.

Never used DDG to be honest, no idea if it's even a "company" or trusted.
Please update me further.

From what it looks, its not 10 EUR / 1 GB on their website yet ...

Hosteam will also give you full root access, but compared to DDG they will give no OT related support at all. And if @oldtimes have used linux before it should not be a problem.

As I said, if you need help don's service isen't good at all, id rather get a diffrent dedicated, and pay someone like gesior or sn3jk who both are trusted.
Don's computers has only gotten good responds, but his service is the other way around.

You only have to remove the premium, so everyone is able to play.
From what you said you didn't wanted to make any profit of it, and he provides ddos protection.

Can't you see, that Oldtimes AKA Andreas is trying to come up with all kinds of reasons to avoid joining a free non-profit project. He tried to host Oldtimes twice, failed it twice. What makes you think he won't fail a third time.
He's not professional in any way.
