In the explicit version the word fuck is being sang. On the edited it's censored.

Spotify is only available in Sweden, Finland, France, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and United Kingdom.
In case you live in another country it's not supported with Spotify.

Anyhow, it's a music software that allows users to stream music with a network connection. With eventual advertisements between the tracks. Though there are options to upgrade your account instantly to Spotify Premium, which will allow you to save down the tracks as "offline mode" and of course skip the advertisements. There are as well some tracks that's only available for premium users.

But as I said, you may not have Spotify available in your country in case you don't live in one of those listed.
