Sprite editor.

Im looking for a good sprite re-colouring program to use on my sprites.
Im not looking for a sprite editor to add sprites, just a program to re-colour them into my custom colours.
I looked throughout the forums and I didnt find any such program, so I just made a thread asking for it

Photoshop, maybe? It might needs some experience, but once you get into it, you will not regret it using it.
