paint , photoshop just make a parcel with the with and height that you want and select pencil and size 1 and start spriting

Well if i want to Edit an Item That Already Excist's How could i do that?

You need data editors etc.. Their discontinued projects.

Download:
Black Demons Editor (edits .spr and .dat)
GIMP (a draw program, allow you to use transparency and save in the correct format .png)
OTItem Editor (edits items.otb from your OT. With this program you can add new itens to your server)
Pic Editor (to change Tibia background, and the Tibia skin)

You can download any Hex Editing Software if you want to edit the client IP, etc =P

ps.: to create new shoot effect and new magic effects, you will need source editing ): But if u prefer, you can replace the old effects for the new
ps2: to create new outfits and new items you dont need source editing)
