1.) can only bump once every 24H (unless someone else comments/ bumps inbetween your bumps. (though - do not take this as a ticket to go create 10000s of accounts to do this)
2.) what tibia version do you have? since i think 8.7+ allows the god to edit his outfit afaik but i guess you want it as a pemenant set outfit. I could give this ago in my spare time since i am completely free after tomorrow..
3.) i'll sort out the things regarding your pm now and pm you some things soon

2) I'm using tfs 0.3.6 pl1 (client 8.54) and yes I want it as permanent outfit
