I'm not sure enough;

You should verify your DAT/SPR or items.otb, something like that...

I guess the missing walls have the same ID as the others you can see.
Maybe it's because of the lamps outside, which doesn't appear on the RME... Try to click on it and remove those 3 SQM and place again the walls...

Or maybe it's the client, you're using tibia-client or OT Client?
