Hello good I'm new here in the community, and I'm learning pixel art and I hope that everyone will help me to be a good artist!

Keep on practicing, thats the best way to improve yourself. Balls aren't bad but they are messy a bit, too many colors on it, try to use less thats the way of pixelart.
Mine aren't perfect, but they may help you:

Use some darker background, we can't see shit on white :> Use sites like deviantart for new ideas for your sprites if your head is empty. You can find there alot of pixelart tutorials as well.

actually they are not bad in anyway, ofcourse they can be "better" but you are new and i think its very good job for someone whoes new to this.

i think the longsword is one of your best yet, just needs a litte retouch in shading thats all.
keep it up, good job.
