sql command that removes player to level 200 inactiv 30 days

Hey i wanna remove some player in the db that have been inactv for 30 days and max lvl 200 But i dont want to remove the sampels how can i do this?

i have this but i dont want the sampels to be removed.
DELETE FROM players WHERE level < 1000 AND lastlogin < UNIX_TIMESTAMP() - 30*24*60*60

DELETE FROM players WHERE level < 200 [B]AND id NOT IN([COLOR="red"]2,3,4,5[/COLOR])[/B] AND lastlogin < UNIX_TIMESTAMP() - 30*24*60*60

You can replace 2,3,4,5 with the IDs of samples in database
