For what can I use this sql command? What is the function?

UPDATE FROM accounts SET `premdays`= 0 WHERE premdays < 50;

This is the correct code

UPDATE accounts SET premdays = 0 WHERE premdays < 50;

And it will set premdays to 0 for all accounts that has premdays < 50

EDIT: Lol, doesn't work, all players with 50 days+ of prem doesn't go to 0 :S? Why?

Because what the code does its this:
Updates all accounts to premdays 0, if the accounts have less than 50 premium days
