SQL help

Hi, if I want to run a "question" in sql it says as default:

SELECT * FROM `players`

but I want it to something like this: take players cap and add 1000cap to it, to all players. Is it possible to make a code like that?

GETCAP + 1000 ?

I dont know anything about this stuff, but is it possible? please help me!

In PHP or LUA? In PHP it's easy.

If you want PURE SQL QUERY:

UPDATE `players` SET `cap` = players.cap +1000

Execute this SQL query in phpmyadmin. Every player will have "his cap + 1000". TESTED.

Hi again, thanks for the help but can you make it so only if player level = 8(or higher) add 1000 cap?

Maybe..?
