[SQL] Magic increase on items! PAYING MONEY

Hey

I've looked everywhere but haven't find how to add magic increase on items
SQL: 
 For example you put 10% more increased magic damage on blue robe, or any other kind of item. 

This was easy to do on XML since you only needed to add a phrase to items.xml, but It's more difficult on SQL.

I'm willy to pay money if you manage to help me to do this.
