Windows SQL Problem (not sure were to put it)

I have SQLite on a 8.40 server and I changed the class of one of my users to a tutor, worked fine, then later gave hime GM and now he has 0 Exp and 0 Cap. I tried to fix it and just goes back to 0. Can some one tell me what I can do to fix this.

GMs don't have cap, you can manage that through editing the flags on Game Master in XML/groups.xml
