Windows [SQL] Where are players files stored stored ? IMPORTANT

I have lost connection to my dedicated server!
I need to reinstal windows on it. But I need to save players! (levels, items, etc)
I use XAMPP.
How to get thoose files? and export them somehow?
I DOT'T HAVE ACCES TO /phpmyadmin!!!!
Where are they stored?!
which file provides me enough data to start reinstaling!!!
Please help me, because of this stupid error my server is down for 1 day
even helpdesk is helpless!!! please save me! I'm desperated!

anybody knows how to transfer files from VNC viewer?

the databases is in
C:\xampp\mysql\data
you can take copy of the database folder and add it again in the same place after you have new OS
