Compiling Sqlite?

So, I've tried to set-up a server but it requires me to use Sqlite. I tried doing it the same way I have done mySql in the past but it doesn't load the acconts/characters to the database like I believed it would. Thus I might just be a retard, but I have no idea.

Uh, you have to execute the query yourself?
Goto PMA > Import > mysql.sql > OK
