Square effect how to put on item ?

Hello.
How i can put the square effect on item when i receive it from npc ?
Example: in tibia tutorial if we receive the fish and shovel , rope the blink orange square around the item.

How i can put the square effect on item what we receive from npc/quest , etc. ?
