I cannot agree with your opinion more, I've been inactive at OtLand for a while but recently decided to get back into it, I've noticed that whenever someone makes a thread looking for gamemasters, a swarm of the same users paste their copied application. I understand why the younger generation want to help out, but people who are at the age of 14-/+ are just not worthy of such positions in my opinion.
