Hello, as i saw theres no way to check Staff, gms cm/S etc commands on tfs 1.1 like in the past 8.6?? Thanks!

You can find them in talkactions.xml.

I mean... I wanna spy what gms are doing on my server.... Theres no log or something

Yes there is.
Data/logs
Then you take that GM/GOD/Tutor
And open it with notepad/wordpad
