Stairs not working

Hey ive recently downloaded Forgotten Server v0.2.4 and Forgotten Server v0.2.5 and started to make my own map. However as soon as i tested it i could not walk down any stairs. I can walk up. But when i try to walk down it says "sorry not possible".

Ive never had this problem before. Im using RME's map editor.

Im sure theres an easy anwser to this and im being an noob but any help is appreciated! Thanks

check your items.xml look at the (downstairs) item id and see if it has

<attribute key="floorchange" value="down"/>
