Hey guys. This might be a noobish question. But how do I make stairs usable. I put stairs but when I test them I cannot go up.

its on ground pallete in raw, im on my ipod so i cant tell u the id, go RAW, go to grounds, and find the empty tiles (black) one says "Nothing" and the other one says "Stair", click stair, go up 1 floor of stairs and put it (if u dont know where to put it ill show u in 30 mins wen i get home)
