Stairs push, how to fix?

Hi
i dont know why, but in my ots, players can push other players to stairs, and the pushed player goes one floor up or one floor down... how can i solve this?

why :S can someone help me without asking for money? a few years ago anyone could ask for help without paying and fix all things for free :S
