Hello.I am starter in CSS and I am making an new template.
It's currently in progress,So it will take some time to make it.It's not for AAC [maybe convert later].

Umm good start I guess. I don't like how the background is tiled like that tho. You should make it blend more.
 
Make a news box, so it looks tidier :)
 
Uhm, there is nothing symmetric in the design :S
I'd suggest you decide if you wish to have the menu in the middle of the page, or to the left. At the moment it's in the middle of left and center.
Same goes for 'New member? Register here!' which is also not in the middle.

I'd also suggest you change the white border on the login box to the right. Why having 'Login' header in another color and font-style then 'Narzonia Project'?
Also how about finding a nice wallpaper to put as background image instead? :D
